This is true! I have tried it.....

All you need to do is register by typing FREE REG First name/Last name/Location/Age/Gender and send to 2625.

Example:
FREE REG Joy/Cruz/Quezon City/20/F

Wait for the confirmation message.... then, you can send text for free even if you do not have have cellphone load.

To send text, type:
FREE<11 digit cellphone no.> and send to 2625.

Example:
FREE _09171234567_See you later
and send to 2625
